This beautiful finca offers you magnificent panoramic views of the village of Colonia de Sant Pere, the bay of Alcudia and the closest mountain called Montferrutx. You definitely find here a harmonious blend of sea and mountain. The villa is decorated very generously and leaves nothing to be desired. Going through the gateway a paved avenue, which is lined with palm trees, leads you to the beautifully landscaped forecourt of the finca. From here you enter the main house with a living room with fireplace, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob and dishwasher, a conservatory and a utility room. From the living room and from the conservatory you have direct access to the beautiful pool area, which is also equipped with a jacuzzi. The house is very tastefully decorated and has all the comforts. For your guests there is a separate guest house with living area, one bedroom and a bathroom with shower. For barbecue evenings  there is a sitting area with an awning. From  here you can enjoy the unique sunsets that only Colonia de Sant Pere offers.

Layer
The property is located in a quiet romantic hillside in a beautiful natural surrounding and very close to the ocean with the  mountains in the back part. Colonia de Sant Pere is also within walking distance (short walk of about 8-10 minutes). Here you have all restaurants, the promenade with a small family village beach and many shops. Close to the pretty town of Arta in the north east of Majorca, Colonia de Sant Pere (Spanish: Colonia de San Pedro) has remained a seemingly sleepy and untouched village by mass tourism and a nice place with a wonderful unspoilt natural landscape. The very beautiful and cultivated sea promenade with good restaurants, a sports marina and a family-friendly beach is ideal for walking and linger around. Furthermore, you find a small square with medieval church and a small weekly market every Saturday, some shops, two supermarkets, a pharmacy and a newspaper and stationery shop with beach items. Colonia de Sant Pere is not only an excellent holiday and beach resort, but is also an ideal starting point for walks at the sea and in the mountains. Many small romantic bays invite you for bathing. They are never crowded even in the summer time and during the holidays. A natural beach of approx. 2 km connects Colonia de Sant Pere with Son Serra de Marina. Colonia de Sant Pere has charm and ambience: while the children play on the beach the parents can sit very relaxed in one of the restaurants at the beach and enjoy their cappuccino while watching the kids. From Colonia de Sant Pere you reach in 20 minutes Playa de Muro and other beaches such as the famous Cala Torta and the magnificent beaches and coves of Cala Ratjada. In the area are numerous golf courses and horse riding facilities. Palma and the airport is 70km away, Manacor (the third largest city on the island) with many shops, a beautiful city center and a large hospital is 20km away and the next town called Arta only 9km. Here every Tuesday a large and very attractive street market next to a beautiful pedestrian zone with its variety of shops, restaurants and attractions takes place.
