The finca is located in a beautiful countryside at the foot of the local mountain Montferrutx. From here you have a magnificent view of the sea, the bay of Alcudia, the Tramuntana Mountains and the mountains of Arta. The house is divided into a main residence and two separate apartments. The main apartment has a large living room with a gallery and direct access to the terrace. Here's another dining area in addition to the dining area next to the American style kitchen. In addition to two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one bathroom en suite) you find as well a small office. The two apartments are accessible via separate entrance areas or directly from the main house. Eac hapartment has a separate kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a private living room. Several partially covered terraces around the house invite you to observe the wide surrounding nature and the mountains, and thus to enjoy the absolute tranquility. From the very large and  well-kept garden, designed with Mediterranean plants, you can experience the magnificent scenery of the original Majorca. The distance to the nearest beaches is approximately 400m and the distance to the village is about only 1.2 km.

Distance: to the sea and beaches about 400 meters, flat rocky and partly sandy coves, large natural beach about 500 meters away and distance to the village about 1.2 km. Colonia de Sant Pere was founded 150 years ago as a fishing town . It is located on the east side of the Bay of Alcudia aside the areas of mass tourism . Housing developments started in the 1960s as it can be seen in the residential areas such as Urbanització Betlem, Urbanització Montferrutx and Urbanització s'Estanyol. The very special feature of the unique location of Colonia de Sant Pere is the view of the Bay of Alcudia. Furthermore you can see the northernmost point of the island which is Cap Formentor and on the back you find the mountains of Arta . Experience here the special sunset with the brightest colors. At the waterfront, nicely decorated with wooden benches right under the shady tamarind trees and situated north of the only small-developed marina, some bars and restaurants have settled. Below the sea promenade you find the local beach protected by a breakwater. The beach is about 80 meters long and 20 meters wide. The beach is equipped with showers and in summer it is well attended by many families. The medieval church with its bell tower is the tallest building in Colonia . Every Saturday morning on the marketplace right next to the church you find a small fruit and vegetable market . Even when things get turbulent in the months of July and August people here take it easy . Colonia has about 500 inhabitants. Thus, the place is alive even in wintertime. The shops around offer all for your basic needs: there are two supermarkets, a summer boutique, a bakery, a hardware store, a pharmacy, a place with plants and animal food,  you can get newspapers, stationery, souvenirs, tabacco,  and there is as well a hairdressing and cosmetic place. The area is ideal for walks such as for example the pilgrimage route to the Ermita Betlem . From here you have hiking trails to the watchtowers of Talaia Freda and Talaia Moreia as well as to  the Puig de sa Tudossa above the Cap de Ferrutx . Or you might take a walk to the old harbor of refuge Es Calo in Betlem. Going to the other direction the natural beach of Colonia de Sant Pere leads straight to the village of Son Serra de Marina just 1.8km away. Discover as well all the many small hidden coves . The beautiful bays and the large natural beach surrounded by dunes are not crowded even in summer. The surrounding area is particularly nice for horse-riding. The nearest bigger place is the small town of Arta (distance by car 10-15 minutes) . Here you can find more proposals for places to see and be, as well as recreational and shopping facilities. Palma is about 70km away, the airport is about 50 minutes by car away, the nearest hospital in Manacor is about 25km away.
