This pretty and tastefully decorated family-friendly city chalet is located in a quiet but central location at the edge of the old village center of Colonia de Sant Pere. It has a main house with a bedroom, a bathroom with bath tub, a living room with a new modern fireplace, a separate dining area and kitchen. Through the patio area you reach a separate apartment which provides another bedroom and a bathroom, being an ideal place for your guests. All is quiet easily accesible also for elderly people (ground level). The furniture are tastefully chosen and are included in the sales price. You find two terraces plus a rooftop terrace. Outside of the apartment there is a shower and the bathroom in the apartment can be expanded with an additional inside shower. The patio is tastefully furnished with various seating places and sun loungers. A lemon tree and other Mediterranean plants adorn the small garden. There is the opportunity and the space to build a small pool or a Jacuzzi and the house can be extended by one floor. You can live here all year as both living areas are equipped with a gas central heating plus a modern fireplace. A telephone connection with internet can be installed.

The nice chalet is located in a quiet but central location in the old village center of Colonia de Sant Pere. From here you comfortably reach on foot all restaurants, the promenade with a small family village beach and the many shops. Just outside the pretty town of Arta in the northeast of Majorca, Colonia de Sant Pere (Spanish: Colonia de San Pedro) has remained a seemingly sleepy and untouched by mass tourism retarded place with a beautiful untouched nature. The very beautiful and well kept sea promenade with good restaurants, a sports marina and a family-friendly beach is ideal for taking a walk and relax. Furthermore there is a small market square with a medieval church and a small weekly farmer's market on Saturdays, some shops, two supermarkets, a pharmacy and a newspaper and stationery shop with beach items. In the area you find many small romantic bays that invite for bathing. They are never crowded even in the summer and during the holidays. A natural beach of approx. 2 km connects Colonia de Sant Pere with Son Serra de Marina. Colonia de Sant Pere has charm and ambience: while the children play on the beach the parents can sit very relaxed in one of the restaurants at the beach and enjoy their cappuccino while watching the kids. From Colonia de Sant Pere you reach in 20 minutes Playa de Muro and other beaches such as the famous Cala Torta and the magnificent beaches and coves of Cala Ratjada. In the area are numerous golf courses and horse riding facilities. Palma and the airport is 70km away, Manacor (the third largest city on the island) with many shops, a beautiful city center and a large hospital is 20km away and the next town called Arta only 9km. Every Tuesday there is a large and very attractive weekly market alongside a pretty pedestrian area with its varied shops, restaurants and attractions.
