Layer
Located in a quiet street of Arta, approx. five minutes walk to the centre of the town. There are possibilities to park in front of the house.

In the ground floor there are a large entrance area, a little guest bathroom, living- and dining area and a kitchen with exit to the patio with its palms and flowers (approx. 65 sqm). The upper floor is divided into a bedroom, a bathroom and a second room, which is used for an office space now. From here you can go up to the top terrace (approx. 22 sqm) and enjoy beautiful views to the cathedral and to the surroundings of Arta.

The house was built in 1905 and is renovated in 2003. Equipment components are among other things gas-central-heating and a fireplace in the living-room.
