The house is located in a quiet side street with possibilities to park in front of the house. The centre of the town is approx. five minutes to walk away.

In the ground floor are an entrance area, the dining- and living area and the kitchen. Passing a little courtyard, you reach the extension of the building with a bath. This area is suited for example for a guest area with separate entrance. Behind this, there is an amply patio with old stables and oven. The first floor is divided into three bedrooms.
