Layer The terraced-house is located near the sea in the well-kept residencial area of Costa de Canyamel. In only a few minutes villages in the sourroundings like Arta, Capdepera or Cala Millor are reachable. To a little bay and a nice restaurant one can walk, the local beach is reachable in two minutes by car
equipment The house on two floors is situated in a community with only three units. The ground floor is divided into dining- and living-room, open kitchen and bathroom. From the terrace next to the living area one can look into the enchanting styled and intergrown community-garden with pool (approx. 3,80 x 9m). In the first floor is the amply bedroom with little balcony and toilet. A separate cellar room and a community laundry-room are outside of the house.
other The house is equipped with electric heating, possibilities to park are on the street in front of the complex. To have a second bedroom, one can reverse the rebuilding of the second bedroom to a living-room.
