Layer The house is located between Capdepera and Font de Sa Cala. From here one can enjoy the view to the sea and the village of Cala Ratjada.
equipment The main part of the house is divided into three bedrooms, each with a bathroom en suite, a living-room, a dining-room, boths are nice amply rooms, a kitchen and an outside kitchen. Further more there are two separate apartments, each divided into a bed- / living-room, bath and open kitchen. From the partly covered main terrace with the pool area one have sea-views. The homely amply patio on the other side of the house is used like a second living-room.
other Among other things the house is equipped with oil-central-heating in the main part of the house (in the two guest apartments only pre-installation), a carport, a pool of approx. 4 x 8 m, a fireplace in the living-room and diverse storage rooms.
