Layer The house built in 1996 is situated in a well-kept area near the coast.
equipment The ground floor is divided into a bedroom with bath en suite, a living- / dining-room with fireplace, an open kitchen, a laundry room and a guest toilet. On both sides of the living area are terraces - a small one in front of the house where you can enjoy the sun in the evenings and the main terrace with beautifuk direct sea-views and the pool area. In the second floor are three more bedrooms and two bathrooms (one of them en suite).
