The house is located between Arta and Son Servera. Both villages are reachable in only a few minutes by car.

The main house on one floor is built end of the seventies and is redeveloped 2001 completely. It is divided into a homely living area with open kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one of them en suite). From the kitchen one has success into the garden with covered lounge and amply pool area (pool approx. 9 x 5 m). A little separate house offers space for the heating and laundry room. Next to this part there is a beautiful guest appartment with fireplace and bathroom en suite.
