It is divided into a foyer, three bedrooms, a bathroom, living-room, dining-room and kitchen with storage room. In addition there is a patio of approx. 16 sm with outside bathroom. The first and second floor offer possibilities to develop to have more living space or separate apartments. The roof is completely renewed and all rooms are dry. In the first floor is a second terrace, partly with views to San Salvador. Furthermore there is a separate payload space, which could be changed into a covered lounge for example.
other A special highlight of the house is the luminance in all rooms, which is very unusual in town-houses. Old, antique doors inside and partly old wooden beams on the ceiling, give the mallorcan flair. In the kitchen and in the living-area one can reactivate the old fireplaces.
