Layer The country house is located between Capdepera and Canyamel. It has a good acces road and is situated in a quiet area. In a few minutes one can reach the villages Capdepera, Arta and Canyamel.
equipment On the plot, which is bordered by a stream on one side, are built three residential buildings. The main house, an old water mill, is divided into living-room, dining-room, kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one of them en suite).
