Layer The house is situated only two minutes on foot from the small and cosy beach of Cala Romantica. Because it is built on a hill, one can enjoy the beautiful views into the landscape and the sea. Furthermore the house has a quiet location.
equipment The ground floor, the main living area, is divided into a bedroom with bathroom en suite, a living-/ dining- room with fireplace, a kitchen with little dinette and a guest toilet. Next to the living area there is a partly covered terrace. In the basement of the house is the second bedroom with bathroom en suite and a little living space. Outside the house there is a laundry room. The plot is planted in mediterranean style and easy to clean. It also offers a little BBQ area and a sunny roof-deck.
other The house is renovated in 1995 completely. Among other things power lines, water pipes, floortiles, bathrooms and the kitchen are renewed.
