A romantic Finca for 7 +1 people not far away from the village Artà with pool (10m x 5m) and real nice garden.
You can choose between 3 bedrooms, 2 with doubleb bed, 1 wih 2 single beds, one the big bedrooms has a bathroom en suite as well.
From the dining- and livingroom area you reach a small open area where one adult and a child are able to sleep.
The kitchen is wll equiped and outside you find a barbecue with gasbottle and some open or covered terraces.
The central heating allows also renting in wintertimes.

Layer
The finca is located in the northeast of Mallorca only 1 km away from Artà. It is very interesting for golfers because you can reach 4 fantastic golf places in less than 5 minutes by car.
In the area around Artà you find lots of small bays or you go to Cala Ratjada, where you find 2 very nice beaches, Cala Agulla and Son Moll.
