Chalet, nice and quiet, located on the foot of the mountains from Artà with view over the fisher village Colonia de Sant Pere and the bay of Alcúdia with the mountains of the Sierra de Tramuntana.
This chalet is made for 8 people and is nice furnitured. It has central heating so it can be used as well in wintertimes.
There are 2 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with bath and shower and double sink. From the living room you can goout to the terrace with sea view and reach the pool.
On the 1. plant there is a hugh double bedroom with bath en suite with shower and a sea view terrace.
The separate apartment also has a double bedroom with bathroom and shower, dining- and livingroom and kitchen. From the terrace you also can reach the pool.
Layer
Colonia de Sant Pere is still an original fisher village with harbor. The surrounding is made for relaxing holidays with walking, horse riding, golfing and swimming. The next bigger towns are Artà and Can Picafort. You have a fantastic view to the mountains of the Sierra de Tramuntana where the sun sets.
On the long natural beach you can walk from Colonia de Sant Pere to Son Sierra de Marina, the next village.
