In this small and quiet finca you can have a relaxed holiday for a little price.
The house is simple furnitured but has everything what you need, like sofa, wood-fired-oven,
flatscreen-TV, complete equiped kitchen, dining-table for 6 people, 1 bedroom as a galerie with a double bed, another double bedroom downstairs, as well as a modern bathroom with shower.
So this finca can be used by 4 people.
Outside you find a nice terrace with sun umbrella and mobile grill.
Layer
The villa is located in the surrounding of the town Artà and on the road to the “Eremita of Betlem”.
You can reach Artà without car, just by walking or by bycicle. The little town is popular because of his tuesday-market, good restaurants, bars and really nice shops.
Some famous people have hauses in this area, like Boris Becker.
The next beaches are Cala Torta, Cala Mitjana, Cala Agulla, Son Moll, Cala Mesquida and many other romantic beaches. You can also find a big natural beach next Son Sierra de Marina which is about 2 – 3 km long. It has got clear water and nice sand.
The popular party town, Cala Ratjada, is only 9 km away from the villa. Cala Ratjada has got many good restaurants next to the sea, good discoteques and many small beaches
