You find a living- and diningroom with big glasdoors to the terrace with the nice view on the harbor and sea. The kitchen, which is completly equiped and modern, you reach from the livingroom.

Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms, 1 with bathroom en suite and 3rd bed for a child.

Downstairs there is a separate appartment for 2 more people with double bedroom and own bathroom.

Layer
Colonia de Sant Pere is still an original fisher village with harbor. The surrounding is made for relaxing holidays with walking, horse riding, golfing and swimming.
The next bigger towns are Artà and Can Picafort.
You have a fantastic view to the mountains of the Sierra de Tramuntana where the sun sets.
On the long natural beach you can walk from Colonia de Sant Pere to Son Sierra de Marina, the next village.
